Piano Study Day at Ripley Arts
On August 13, 2023 we will welcome active participants for a series of masterclasses and workshops on sight-reading and piano duet playing. Branson's Blues for piano duet (with the kind permission of prof. Morgan Hayes) is the chosen piece. Grades 6 distinction and up. Concert at 4pm free to attend. Whole day pass for auditors: £8 (family pass £20).
Recording Works by British Composers
Hugh Shrapnel's new CD Piano Works, to be released on Convivium Records on October 2023. Works for piano solo, and two pianos. Next recording and performance projects to focus on Hugh Benham and David Branson.
Greek composers' output for piano duet.
We will be fundraising for a future release. In collaboration with the Tamvakos Archive.
